In the past four years, BCS Global Markets’ DCM Department has successfully arranged 100 bond issues of various types: exchange-traded bonds in different currencies (RUB, EUR, USD), foreign issuers’ bonds at the Moscow Exchange (the so called matryoshka bonds), Eurobonds, green and social bonds, subordinated issues, as well as securitisation deals.
Excellence in customer service remains DCM BCS GM’s key priority. Thanks to the team’s professionalism and concerted effort, we continue to arrange issues for our loyal customers (AFK Sistema, PIK Group, RUSAL, X5, RESO Leasing, etc.), as well as bring new names to Russia’s DCM.

Effective from today (Wednesday 18th March) employees from all divisions of the business based in our Russia, UK, USA and Cyprus offices who can work from home without creating any even minor possible risk for business continuity of the Group will be working remotely. It is very much business as usual at BCS. Our employees are equipped with secure access to our systems and will follow their normal working hours, keeping in regular contact with their colleagues and clients.
